不同中医证型溃疡性结肠炎患者T细胞亚群的研究

The Study of T Lymphocyte Subset in Different Kinds of Chinese Type of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis

目的:观察不同中医证型溃疡性结肠炎患者T细胞亚群的变化。方法:采用流式细胞仪(EPICS-XL,美国Coulter公司)计数,对77例不同中医证型的溃疡性结肠炎患者外周血CD_3^+、CD_4^+、CD_8^+百分比进行检测。结果:UC实证湿热内蓄型和气滞血瘀型组Th细胞增多,Ts细胞减少,CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值增高,T细胞总数变化不大;而虚证患者表现为T细胞总数减少,Th细胞减少,Ts细胞减少,CD_4^+/CD_8^+比值减小。结论:UC患者无论是实证还是虚证,T细胞亚群均发生变化,实证以辅助T细胞功能亢进为主,而虚证则以辅助性T细胞功能减弱,Ts细胞功能相对亢进为主。

Objective：To observe the changes of T lymphocyte subset in different kinds of chinese type of patients with ulcerative colitis.Method：To detect the percent of T cell subgroup in different kinds of chinese type of patients with ulcerative colitis by Flow cytometry.Results：①In excess patient＇s group,Total T cell has no change;Th cell increase and Ts cell decrease;CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio increase.②In deficiency patient＇s group,Total T cell decrease;Th cell and Ts cell decrease;CD4^＋/CD8^＋ ratio decrease.Conclusion：Both of deficiency and excess patients with UC exist disorder of T lymphocyte subset：in excess patients,the function of Th cell augment;while in deficiency patient＇s group,the function of Th cell decrease,the function of Ts cell enhance comparatively.
