27例胆囊癌CT与B超影像学分析

The Image Analysis of CT and B-ultrasound in the Diagnosis of 27 Cases of Gallbladder Cancer

目的:分析和比较CT、B超检查对胆囊癌的诊断价值及其互补性,提出鉴别诊断的要点。方法:回顾性探讨27例经手术病理证实的CT、B超影像学表现,进行针对性的对比分析。结果:27例胆囊癌中CT检查17例,诊断全部正确;B超检查10例,漏诊1例。结论:CT对胆囊癌的诊断优于B超,而后者因无损伤、可反复、费用低等特点可作为胆囊病变的筛查方法,并为临床提供诊断胆囊癌的影像学鉴别资料。

Objective：To analyze and compare the diagnosis calue and complementarity between CTand B-ultrasound used for gallbladder carcinoma.Method：To review and study the image data of CTand the B-ultrasound used for 27 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,which have been confirmed by surgery pathology.Result：Of 27 cases of gallbladder carcinoma,17 cases used CT were all found out;10 cases used B-ultrasound were not all exact,1 case without being discovered.Conclusion：The diagnosis of CTused in gallbladder carcinoma was better than B-ultrasound.However,The B-ultrasound way,which can also provide distinct image data of gallbladder carcinoma clinic diagnosis,can be considered as screening method of gallbladder disease with its hurtles,repeatable,low-cost features.
