摘要
本文给出了水平电磁连铸过程电磁场的数学模型.利用有限元法计算了其中的涡流场及电磁力场,并探讨了屏蔽板的导电性能和磁场频率对屏蔽效应的关系。
In this paper the mathematical model of electromagnetic field during Horizontal Electromagnetic Continuous Casting is given. Using finite element method, electromagnetic field and electromagnetic force field are computed. And the relation between the shield effects and the electric conductivity of the screen as well as the frequency of electromagnetic field is discussed. The result shows that in order to get enough shield effects at high electromagnetic field frequency, the electric conductivity of the screen should be about 10 7 Ω·m .
