摘要
用Nafion膜固定的N-甲基吩嗪为辣根过氧化物酶和玻碳电极之间的电子传递介体,成功地研制成了电流型过氧化氢生物传感器.探讨了pH值、温度、工作电位和抗坏血酸等干扰物质对此生物传感器电催化还原H2O2的影响.此生物传感器选择性好、灵敏度高,对H2O2线性响应范围为0.6μmol/L~2.5mmol/L。
A new amperometric biosensor for hydrogen peroxide based on N-methylphenazine incorporated into Nafion membrane as electron transfer mediator was fabricated. Bioelectrocataltic reduction of hydrogen peroxide at the biosensor was evaluated with respect to solution pH, temperature, operating potential and influences of ascorbic acid etc. The biosensor response exhibited fine selectivity, high sensitivity and a linear dependence on the analyte concentration in the range from 0.6μmol/L to 2.5mmol/L. Response time was less than 30 seconds.
