摘要
本文研究在连续搅拌反应器中进行带气提发酵过程的动力学行为.对气提移醇模型无因次处理后作教值模拟分析,显示了系统可能出现的多态现象,使用气提可以改变系统的操作状态,缓和产物抑制.提高气提因子可增加菌体浓度,促使底物利用率的提高,同时极限稀释率增大,扩展了操作范围.
In this paper, the dynamic behavior of fermentation process wiht gas stripping in a CSTR has been studied. On the basis of non-dimensionalization for the gas stripping model, The numerical simulation analysis shows the existence of multiplicity in the system. Gas stripping may change the operating state of the system and alleviate the product inhibition. Increasing the gas stripping factor may increase cell concentration and promote substrate utilization; it also raises the limiting dilution rate and extends the operating range. It shows that the gas stripping is an effective means of proventing the product inhibition and of improving the productivity in ethanol fermentation.
