论“本科学历教育与职业技能教育相结合”——对民办本科高校应用型人才培养模式的探讨

On "the Combination of Regular College Formal Schooling with Vocational Education"——Investigation of the training model of applied type people with ability of civilian-run colleges and universities

在我国现阶段,培养应用型人才日益成为大多数民办本科院校的人才培养目标。为此,首先要明确"本科学历教育与职业技能教育相结合"人才培养模式的基本内涵、培养目标及概念界定,其次要探讨人才培养的要素特征,还要对"本科学历教育与职业技能教育相结合"的人才培养模式在民办高校办学实践中的可行性和可操作性深入分析。

In the present time of our country,training the applied type people with ability is becoming the purpose of many civilian-run colleges and universities. Through the analysis of the basic connotation and the conception of training purpose and feature of ＇ the combination of regular college formal schooling with vocational education＇ set up by Huanghe S ＆ T University, this paper demonstrates the feasibility and maneuverability of the training model of applied type people in the civilian-run colleges and universities.
