摘要
应用ANSYS软件结合现有的生产实践,对离心复合轧辊凝固过程的温度场进行了仿真模拟,研究结果可为制定科学的工艺参数、提高产品质量稳定性、开发高质量高性能的离心复合轧辊生产技术提供直观、形象、量化的设计依据.
A simulation study was made of the temperature field in solidification brought about by centrifugal composite rollers using an ANSYS software. Being able to yield visual and quantitative results, the study can provide a basis for selecting proper process variables, enhancing product quality, and developing a technique for manufacturing high-performance cen- trifugal composite milers.
