各国刑法对共同犯罪的规定有正犯.共犯区分体制与单一正犯体制。文章以我国学者关注相对较少且存在不少误解的单一正犯体制为题,在对单一正犯体制的理论基础进行分析的基础上,就单一正犯体制的理论基础进行了反思与检讨,并进一步对其适用中的困境进行深入的反思,以期为正确理解单一正犯体制提供些许助益。

This article pays attention to the topic of non - separation of principal and accessory which Chinese scholars have little discuss and have more misunderstanding, For the sake of providing help to understanding the non - separation systemof principal and accessory, the author reflects and reviews the theory of the system after analyzing it , and furthermore, the author also has more reconsideration on the lurch of applying of the system.
