摘要
文章论述了改革开放30年来我国高校教师建设所取得的成绩,并从教师自身出发,阐述了在新时期如何加强教师的思想道德建设和专业水平建设。
The construction of teachers team of higher school is an important issue that are faced to Higher Education in new age. This article discusses the achievements about the constructions of teachers that made since 30 years＇ China Reform, and talks about how to improve the construction of teachers＇ moral standards and professional level of higher school from teachers themselves in recent years.
