摘要 阐述多功能摩擦系数测试仪的设计制作方法及技术要求,用简图与文字表述了静摩擦力、动摩擦力、静摩擦角的测试实验方法.对同一材料,3个不同质量的试件进行了实验,对比分析了实验数据,得出了实验结论.实验证明了摩擦力、法向力、磨擦系数和摩擦角之间的内在关系,即F=N×f,f=tg(?). The designing and manufacturing methods and technical specification of the multifunctional testing device of friction factor are introduced in the paper. The test methods of rest friction, kinetic friction and friction angle are described by tables and figures. Three specimens made of the same material, each of which differs from the other in quality, are tested in the paper. The data are comparative analyzed, and a conclusion is reached. It proues relationships between the friction F and friction factor f, i.e.: F=fxN and f=F/N=tgφ.
