摘要
盐环定扬黄工程12座泵站中,有8座泵站出现渗漏侵蚀问题,严重威胁盐环定扬黄工程的正常运行.鉴于各泵站泵房底板渗漏腐蚀严重,为保证泵站设备的正常运行,自1996年开始就对泵站渗漏腐蚀的处理技术进行研究.通过对泵站枢纽周边及泵房基础范围内的水文地质基本条件的调查和现场测试,以及对工程地段混凝土结构构件和钢筋、金属结构构件等进行质量检测,查明了泵站枢纽工程的渗漏、侵蚀原因,渗漏途径,渗漏水力特征,渗漏对建筑物造成的危害;针对出现的不同危害采取了相应的处理措施;经多年运行效果良好,取得了显著的经济效益.该项研究成果实用性强、结论可靠,为大型扬水泵站工程防渗防腐处理、泵站防渗设计、施工等积累了经验.

By pumping station hub and around the pumping station on the basis of the framework of the basic conditions for the hydro-geological surveys and on-site testing, as well as lots of engineering component concrete and steel structure, metal structures and components, such as quality inspection, the pumping station project to identify the existence of the seepage leakage, the cause of erosion, seepage channels, leakage of hydraulic characteristics of the leakage of the harm caused by the building, the emergence of various hazards have been taken to deal with the problem; as well run for many years and achieved significant economic benefits. The study results practical, reliable conclusions for large-scale anti-yang pump station to deal with anti-corrosion, anti-pump station design, construction and so on accumulated experience, the results of research to meet the domestic industry with the advanced level.
