摘要
通过龙羊峡、刘家峡水库对宁蒙河段防凌作用的统计分析,指出了龙、刘水库防凌的作用在于调控凌汛期流量和出库水温,可使冰情减轻、内蒙古河段开河期冰坝减少;同时通过冰坝形成的数据统计指出封河期冰塞,开、封河期凌灾严重加剧的问题.根据大柳树水库的容量、调温、泄流特点,预测了宁蒙河段凌情变化,分析了大柳树水利枢纽防凌运用方式的有效性,运用流量计算方法分析了南水北调与大柳树水利枢纽防凌运用控泄流量的关系;根据计算分析成果推断了大柳树水利枢纽对宁蒙河段的防凌作用,并与龙羊峡、刘家峡水库对宁蒙河段的防凌作用做了比较。指出了大柳树水利枢纽防凌作用不可替代的地位和防凌优势.
Through statistics method and analysis of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia Reservoir on the role of the Ningxia-Inner Mongolia River ice prevention, pointed out that the icicle prevention role of Long and Liu Reservoir is flow and temperature control in the ice flood season, the ice flood situation become milder, ice dam in river reach of Inner Mongolia is reduce in the river opening period; at the same time, the problem also exists and aggravates seriously when ice jam appears in river closing period and icicle appears in river closing and opening period. According to Daliushu Reservoir characteristics of capacity, temperature and discharge, changes of icicle situation is predicted in Ningxia-lnner Mongolia reach, and validity of manage method is analyzed when Daliushu hydro project uses for icicle prevention, and analysis with flow calculation shows the relationship of South-North Water Diversion to Daliushu hydro project in icicle prevention and flood discharge. The conclusion is inferred that icicle prevention role of Daliushu hydro project is irreplaceable status and advantages which is compared to Longyangxia and Liujiaxia Reservoir in Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach of the icicle prevention.
