中西结合治疗小儿急性肾炎48例疗效分析

48 Cases of hildhood acute nephritis are treated by the way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine

作者自1985年以来，运用中西结合的方法治疗小儿急性肾炎48例，治愈41例，治愈率为85．42％；显效4例，显效率为8．33％；无效3例，无效率为6．25％。文章介绍了小儿急性肾炎的诊断标准和治疗方法。最后，对小儿急性肾炎的病因、病理、治疗的依据、危重症的处理、预防、治疗特点及治疗时注意的事情作了讨论和分析。

The author treated 48 cases of childhood acute nephritis with combining traditional Chinese and westem medicine since 1985. 41 cases of which are cured, cure rate is 85. 42 %;4 cases of which are effective, e-fective rate is 8. 33%; 3 cases of which are invalid, invalid rate is 6. 25 %. The diagnostic standard'way of treatment about childhnd acute nephritis were reported. The cause` pathology basis of treatment treatment of dying potients . prognosis trait of the way of treatment and attentive matter of treatment a bout childhcod acute nephritis were also discussed.
