公众安全感评价机制探究

Preliminary Research on Public Sense of Security

当前,世界上许多国家普遍采用"公众安全感"的概念,以它作为评价社会治安状况,以及警察机构执法质量、水平的评判标准。在我国,公众安全感的研究调查分析也得到了逐步重视,认为它是衡量社会运行机制,评价社会治安状况,反映人民生活安定程度的重要标志。

At present,many countries accept the concept of the public sense of security in general which ts the assessment of the situation of public security, as well as the quality of the law enforcement, the level of the standard by the police agency. In our country ,the research and analysis on the public sense of security have been gradually paid attention, which is an important symbol to measure social mechanism, to evaluate the situation of the law and order, as well as to reflect the people＇s living level of the security.
