Investigation Course Comprehensive Practice Based on Constructivism Ideology

专业综合实习是侦查专业实践教学的重要组成部分,是培养、锻炼、提高学生动手能力和实践、实战应用能力的重要举措。建构主义教学是一种发展性教学,特别强调"情境创设"和"协作学习"。在综合实习方案的设计过程中,指导教师们按照建构主义教学理论的内容,强化了对实习过程中"情境"的设计。学生通过完成综合实习任务,进一步理解、掌握相关侦查专业技能,熟悉刑事办案的各个环节。

Comprehensive practice is an important part in the investigation course practice, which is the important measure to train the students＇ practice ability and application ability. Constructivism teaching is a developmental teaching, which emphasizes on situation creating and cooperation learning. In the comprehensive practice design course, teachers should strengthen the situation designing based on the constructivism ideology. Students know some special skills and handling criminal cases steps through the comprehensive practice.
