桡侧肌皮支的临床应用解剖 被引量:1

摘要 通过对46侧上肢标本的测量,对桡侧肌皮支的起始与行程、分支与分布,管径及血管吻合进行了解剖学观察。结果:①桡侧肌皮支80.4%来源于前臂骨间背侧动脉,19.6%来源于桡侧返动脉。②桡侧肌皮支分别与骨间前动脉腕背支的桡侧骨皮支和桡动脉的桡侧返动脉吻合,为前臂背外侧皮肤及浅筋膜的主要营养血管。③桡侧肌皮支自起始处至穿深筋膜点的长度约为45.1±6.8mm,穿筋膜点处的管径为0.44±0.14mm,且穿深筋膜点的位置怛定。本研究为以骨间背侧动脉桡侧肌皮支为血管蒂的皮瓣,提供了可靠的解剖学依据。 The origin,course,branches,distribution,diameter and the anastomosis between the vessels of the radial musculocutaneous rami were observed and measured on 46 sides of the upper extremities.RESULTS:80.4 per cent of the radial musculocutaneous rami originated from the dorsal interosseous artery of the forearm.Only 29.6 per cent originated from the radial recurrent artery,(2)The radial musculocutaneous rami seperately anastomosed with the radial osseocutaneous rami of the dorsal carpal ramus of the anterior interosseous and with the radial recurrent artery of the radial artery.The radial nusculocutaneous ramus was the principal nurtient vessel for the dorsolateral skin and the superficial fascia of the forearm.(3)The length from its origin to the point of penetrating the deep fascia was about 45.1±6.8mm.The diameter at the penetrating point was 0.44±0.14mm.The position of penetrating fascia was rather constant.CONCLUSION:The research that the radial musculocutaneous ramus of the dorsasl interosseous artery was used as the flap with the vascular pedicle provided a reliable basis for anatomy.
