高职学生就业心理辅导模式初探

The Psychological Training Model of College Students' Employment

通过高职学生就业心理的调查,分析了当前高职学生的就业心理问题,结合高职学生就业心理辅导现状,提出高职学生就业心理辅导模式,帮助高职学生形成良好的择业心态、就业理念和职业理想,同时促进高职院校自身的发展。

Through the psychological questionnaire of the students in my school, analyze the current college students＇ psychological questionnaire, combine the present situation of employment psychological training, put forward an psychological questionnaire training model of the college students, guide college students to form a good attitude towards to finding a job, ideas of employment, professional ideal, and promote the development of the college itself at the meantime.
