摘要
高校教师人力资源是高校教育资源中的第一资源,做好高校教师人力资源的开发与管理是高校深化人事制度改革、优化师资结构、提高教育质量和办学效益的关键。本文通过建立教师绩效评价模型,把定性和定量相结合,为建立和完善高校教师的绩效评价提供了理论依据。
Teaching stuff in university is the essential resources of higher education. The development and management of HR in university is the key to furthering the reform of the personnel system, optimizing the structure of teaching stuff, enhancing the quality of education and raising the overall efficiency of schools. This article builds a model of the teacher's achievement effect,with qualitative and quantitative analysis, puts forward the theory basis for establishing and perfecting the achievement effect of the teacher in university.
