论多元文化视野下独立学院的师资建设

On the Strategies for Faculty Building of Independent Colleges from A Multi-cultural View

在当今多元文化共生共存的社会语境中,独立学院在高等教育中扮演了一个重要的角色。但随着独立学院的扩张,其师资问题已日渐凸显。以重庆市7所独立学院的师资为例,对此进行剖析,可以给独立学院的师资建设提出如下建议:严把教师准入关;加强对青年教师在职培训;重点引进学科带头人和"双师型"教师;解决与公办教师同等退休待遇问题;建立以人为本的师资管理制度。

The problems in teaching staff development. Based on the analysis of the proble of independent colleges have become increasingly apparent with their ms in 7 independent colleges in Chongqing city, the following suggestions are made： strict admission of instructors, intensification of in-service training among young teachers, emphasis on introduction of academic leaders and Double-master-typed teachers, and establishment of a human-oriented managerial system of teaching staff etc.
