79例小儿手足口病临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 79 Cases with Young Child Hand-Foot-Mouth Disease

目的:总结小儿手足口病临床防治经验。方法:将2008年5月3日至6月30日诊治的79例小儿手足口病临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:79例小儿手足口病通过清热解毒的中成药内服,抗病毒药利巴韦林口服或注射给药,皮肤疱疹局部外用阿昔洛韦软膏,口咽部疱疹用开喉剑喷雾剂消炎,补充维生素B2等,全部患儿均获得满意效果。结论:及时有效对症治疗小儿手足口病是行之有效的。

Objective： To summarize the clinical preventing and controlling experiences of the young child hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods： To study 79 cases which were diagnosed from 2008. May 3. to June 30, retrospectively. Results：79 cases were received oral Chinese medicine, the antiviral drug ribavirin oral or inection. Skin herpes were treated with external acyclovir ointment, oropharyngeal herpes with Kailhoujian spray, vitamin B2, and so on. All children had be received satisfactory results. Conclusion：The symptomatic treatment timely and effectively to young child hand-foot-mouth disease is effective.
