摘要
目的:研究护理干预对门诊初诊高血压病患者遵医嘱复诊的影响。方法:将96例初诊高血压病患者依数字随机法分为实验组和对照组,各48例。对实验组患者在门诊就诊后进行护理干预,对照组患者按一般就诊程序就诊。结果:两组遵医复诊率(实验组94%,对照组46%)比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:实施护理干预,能提高门诊初诊高血压病患者遵医复诊率。
Objective： To research the effect of the return visit of hypertensive patients with nursing intervention in the outpatient department（OPD）. Methods ：96 patients were divided into the experiment group and the control group （ n = 48, respectively）. The experiment group was received the nursing intervention of the hypertension before and after return visit in the OPD, the control group was received the normal process of return visit in the OPD. Results：The experiment group＇s return visit rate was 94%, the control group was 46%. There was difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： The hypertensive patients can punctually return visit according to the medical order.with the nursing intervention.
