摘要
为克服单独使用BNi-2钎料真空钎焊不锈钢时存在界面化合物多和母材晶界渗入脆化等缺陷,采用在BNi-2钎料中加入高熔点BNi5钎料的方法对316L不锈钢进行真空钎焊研究,主要研究了6种不同比例复合钎料的高温熔化特征、钎焊接头微观组织和钎缝成分分布等内容.研究结果表明复合钎料加热时出现两个熔化区分别是BNi-2钎料熔化区和BNi-5钎料熔化区,当复合钎料的质量比例为60%BNi-2+40%BNi-5时,钎缝内部为固溶体组织和断续的化合物组织,并且此时钎缝附近母材和钎料成分相互作用减弱,晶界渗透现象明显减少.
In order to overcome the formed compound and the grain boundary penetration phenomenon in stainless steel brazed joint using BNi - 2 filler, composite filler with six different percentage of BNi2 + BNi - 5 is used to vacuum braze 316L stainless steel sheet. The melt properties of composite filler, the interfacial structure and the element distribution character are studied mainly. The results show that there are two melting region for the composite filler of BNi -2 and BNi -5 respectively. The interracial structure is solid solution and interrupted compound. Furthermore, the interaction of filler with near filler base metal is weak when 60% BNi -2 + 40% BNi -5 composite filler is used, which is useful to improve the intercrystalline corrosion resist properties.
