管理学理论范式探讨——基于现代管理学派与法约尔管理理论的比较

A Probe into Management Paradigm Based on the Comparison of Modern Management School and Fayol′s Management Theory

通过对现代管理学派与法约尔的管理理论的基本观点和基本思想的比较,分析了它们在基本理论上的共通之处,指出了各现代管理学派较之法约尔管理理论的进步与局限。认为法约尔提出的基于管理五项职能即计划、组织、指挥、协调、控制的理论,已经建立起了管理学理论的基本范式。

This thesis compare the basic ideas and thoughts of modem management school with Fayol＇s management theory. After analyzing the connection between the two schools, it then points out the merits and demerits of various modem management schools. On the basis of all these, this thesis holds that the paradigm of management theories has been established by traditional management process school with Fayol as its representative who advocates the five functions of management, that is, planning, organizing, directing, coordinating and controlling.
