摘要
我国汽车产业对外开放初期,跨国汽车公司在我国采取了掌握合资企业实际控制权、控制品牌与关键技术等发展战略。在我国加入WTO以后,更多跨国汽车公司进入国内,又实行了争夺合资企业控股权、强化规模经济进入壁垒、快速投入全系列产品、夺取销售服务网络控制权、实行本土研发、成立汽车控股公司等一系列新战略。有关战略已经对我国汽车产业产生了严重影响,本土企业的市场空间严重萎缩,面临更多技术壁垒,普遍走上了依附跨国公司的合资道路。因此,我国有必要强化汽车产业保护发展的指导思想,严格执行有关保护政策,加强国有汽车企业改革,以本土企业竞争促进汽车产业自主发展。
At initial stages some multinational auto companies entered into China, they adopted strategies such as holding fact control power of joint venture enterprises, etc.. After China joined WTO, more multinational auto companies came into our country, some new strategies were put into practice. Relevant strategies already produced serious influence to Chinese auto industry. Therefore, we must enhances safeguard of the auto industry, at same time strengthen reform of stateowned auto enterprises, and promote independent development of auto industry by native enterprises 'competition.
