On the Ethical and Moral of Administrative Subject in the May 12 Earthquake

道德体现人的品行和性格两个方面,而社会道德则反映社会民众整体素质水平,也同时反映这个社会的民族信仰和理念。"5.12"抗震救灾中涌现出了大量的英雄楷模,作为国家行政伦理主体的公务员、国家机关,在处理"5.12"抗震救灾这样的事务时到底应具备什么样的伦理道德呢?本文先进行概念梳理然后进行论述,得出行政伦理主体应具备的三方面的伦理道德观点,进而从两个方面进行了论证。

As moral reflects one person＇s conduct and character, social ethic also reflects all people＇s quality and national belief and concepts. Civil servant and state organ, the state administrative subject, should have three ethical and moral concepts as personality, conscience and justice in handling of the May 12 earthquake relief.
