从就业视角分析,要提高作为理论性法学人才的法学硕士毕业生在就业中的竞争力,必须从改革招生制度、调整培养模式、引入先进教学手段等措施来完善法学硕士的培养模式,做到因材施教,以实现我国法学硕士研究生教育快速、稳健、科学的发展。
