摘要 相互作用分析理论是一种通俗易懂的人格理论,适合人们进行自我认识与自我教育。其主要观点有:人格的"三我"说、生活态度说、交往分析说、生活原稿说等。相互作用分析理论认为人格发展的目标是"有效整合的成人我"。形成"我好,你也好"的生活态度,深刻分析自己的生活原稿,培养良好的心理品质,在日常人际交往中注意对"三我"进行有效整合,可以促使人格达到"有效整合的成人我"。 Transactional Analysis Theory is easy to understand. It fits knowing and instructing ourselves. It has several major opinions, such as three-ego of personality, view of the life attitude, analysis of intercourse and theory on life manuscript. This theory thinks the aim of personality development is an effective integrating adult ego state. There are some methods that can help this goal come true, then these methods are forming the attitude of I'm OK, You're OK, analyzing the life manuscript profoundly, cultivating eminent psychological character and paying attention to conform effectively three-ego in daily life.
