鼻息肉组织脂质结合唾液酸及丙二醛含量测定 被引量:1

Determination of lipid-bound sialic acid and malondialdehyde in nasal polyps

摘要 对27例鼻息肉脂质结合唾液酸(lipid-boundsiaticacid,LSA)和丙二醛(malondialdehyde,MDA)含量进行测定,其X±SD,分别为6.4662±1.2156nmol/mg蛋白和0.6342±0.0271nmol/mg蛋白。与正常鼻粘膜对照具有显著性差异,提示自由基及其导致的细胞结构、功能改变在鼻息肉生成中具有重要作用。 The contants of lipid-bound sialic acid (LSA) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in nasal polyps from 27 patients were determined. There were 18 males and 9 females ranging in age from 6 to 69 years. The contants of LSA and MDA were 6. 4662 ± 1. 2156 nmol/mg · pr and 0. 6342 ±0. 0271 nmol/mg· pr respectively. Our results indicated that the level of LSA was lower in nasal polyps than that in normal nasal mucosa (Pr0.05). However,the level of MDA wsa higher in nasal polyps than that in normal nasal mucosa (P <0. 01). It was suggested that the component of free radical might play an important role in the process of nasal polyp formation and development. This finding is useful to the understanding of pathogenesis and helpful to the determination of clinical treatment.
