纤维喉镜下微波治疗声带小结和声带息肉

Microwave tissue coagulation treatment for vocal cord nodules and polyps under fibrolaryngoscope

采用纤维喉镜下微波组织凝固的方法，治疗了声带小结21例，声带息肉14例，随访3～13个月，均未见复发。认为本治疗方法具有手术视野暴露好，对周围正常声带组织无损伤，病变切除彻底及疗效高等优点，并且扩大了纤维限镜下手术的应用范围。

Since 1994, 35 patients with vocal cord diseases (21 nodules and 14 polyps) were treated by microwave tissue coagulation under fibrolaryngoscope. There were 23 males and 12 females ranging in age from 23 to 62 years. The method of treatment was as follows: using the microwave therapeuter (radiation frequency 2450MHz, electric current 6o^80 mA, radiation time 3~5 second) to focus the vocal cord nodule or polyps for coagulation. After microwave coagulation,all patients were cured, and followed-up for 3 to 13 months no recurrent case was found. The advantages of this treatment are good operation field, no injury to normal vocal cord, complete removal of nodules or polyps,higher cure rate and increasing the application of laryngeal operation under fibrolaryngoscope.
