摘要
文章阐述了土地征用制度的缺陷表现为土地征用价格的不合理,土地征用价格是一种游离于市场之外的一种垄断性价格。并就土地征用价格改革提出了建议,以有效地执行工业用地保护政策,切实保护被征地农民的合法权益。
The paper expounds the defects of land expropriation system shows the unreasonable land exprepriation price, which is independent of market price and is monopolized price. The paper also puts forward some suggestions on reform of land expropriation price, then effectively carry out the protective politics for industry land, and really protect the peasants lawful rights.
