摘要
高校图书馆要有效进行报刊开架借阅的管理,必须强化服务意识,提高工作人员专业技能,明确岗位责任;尊重读者的知情权和文献资料的使用权,加强对读者的行为管理,加强信息反馈,吸收读者参与管理;充分利用先进设备进行内务管理,编制分类目录,加强报刊文献管理,架位布局合理,报刊及时上架。
In order to effectively carry out open-shelf management in university library, it must strengthen service consciousness, improve the staff specialized skills, make clear the duty. It should respect the readers＇ right of being in know and usufruct for data, strengthen the management of readers＇ behavior, and information feedbaek, let readers take part in management. And it should use the advanced faelities to manege internal affairs, weave sort list, and strengthen management of the press and documents. The shelf should be put properly, and the press should be on time.
