摘要
采用透射电镜观察家兔小肠毛细淋巴管吸收机能状态超微结构。处于吸收机能状态的毛细淋巴管由单层内皮细胞构成,内皮细胞周围无基膜或基膜不连续。内皮细胞间连接形式复杂,最多见为复杂的多突起交错连接。无论何种连接形式,其相接处均有紧密的相接部位,未见呈开放状态。内皮细胞的胞质内有大量囊泡,内皮表面的胞饮胞吐现象及内皮细胞间连接点开大处的大颗粒物。
Using transmission electron microscope, the ultrastructure of intestinal lymphatic capillaries at absorbing functional condition in rabbit was studied. These capillaries consist of one layer of endothelial cells. There was no basilar membrane around endothelial cells or the basilar membrane was not continuous. The connective forms between the endothelial cells were various.There were tight junctional points in all the conjunctive sites. The open status was not observed. The pinocytosis and the exocytosis of the endothelial cells and the large granular sub-stance at the enlarged conjunctive areas among the endothelial cells suggested that the absorption of the lymphatic capillaries should be carried out by the vesicles and the junctional points among the endothelial cells.
