摘要
对纳米α-Fe2O3的介电常数和介电损耗进行了测量,发现它具有与常规电介质不同的反常介电特性;对实验结果进行理论分析和拟合,提出了物理解释,认为这一反常主要源于纳米α-Fe2O3界面中的缺陷和悬键.
After measuring dielectrical constant and dielectrical loss of nanostructured α- Fe 2O 3, we find that there is abnormal dielectrical behavior which is different from that of conventional dielectrics. By theoretical analysis and fit, we give out a kind of physical explaination. It is demonstrated that this dielectrical speciality derives from the defects and dangling bonds of the interfaces in the nanostructured α- Fe 2O 3.
