红毛五加总苷对小鼠的抗缺氧作用及其机制 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究红毛五加总苷抗缺氧作用及其机制。方法采用多种耐缺氧实验方法使小鼠密闭缺氧及注射空气、KCN、NaNO_2致缺氧,测定小鼠的存活时间、肾上腺内维生素C的含量、血乳酸水平及整体耗氧量。结果200~800mg/kg红毛五加总苷使常压、低压密闭缺氧小鼠及注射空气、KCN、NaNO_2致缺氧小鼠存活时间明显延长;缺氧小鼠肾上腺内维生素C含量、血乳酸水平及整体耗氧量显著降低。结论红毛五加总苷具有明显的抗缺氧作用,其机制可能与促进。肾上腺皮质激素的合成和分泌,以及降低血乳酸水平和整体耗氧量有关。 Objective To study the antihypoxic effect of total glucosides of Acanthopanax giraldii Harms (TGA) and its mechanism. Methods Mouse hypoxia model was established closed confinement, and injections of air, KCN and NaNO2. The survival time, the blood lactic acid level, the oxygen consumption and the content of vitamin C in the adrenal of hypoxia mice were determined. Results TGA (200N800 mg/kg) prolonged the survival time of mice under the condition of closed normobaric and low atmosphere hypoxia and prolonged the survival time of hypoxia mice by intravenous injection of air, KCN and NaNO2. TGA decreased the oxygen consumption and the blood lactic acid level and vitamin C content in the adrenal of hypoxia mice. Conclusion TGA possesses marked antihypoxia action, and the mechanism of its antihypoxia action are related to the increased synthesis of adrenocortical hormones, the lower oxygen consumption and blood lactic acid content.
