摘要
根据色谱理论和溶液理论推导出反相高效液相色谱保留值方程．利用ＡＳＯＧ模型计算烷基苯在正十八碳烷柱上及甲醇—水中的活度系数，采用多元线性回归法，关联了烷基苯—正十八碳烷—甲醇—水体系的色谱保留值，以预测不同配比和柱温下的色谱保留值．
Basis on chromatographic theory and solution theory,the retention equation of RP HPLC was derived. The activity coeffients were calculated with ASOG model. The relationships between the capacity factor and the activity coefficient were established. The mathematics model of predicting RP HPLC retention was obtained.
