摘要
本文通过卵磷脂包装技术,制备了水溶性C60-脂质体,采用微电极循伏安法,在室温下,支持电解质为0.05mol/L(n-Bu)4NBr/PBS的水溶液中,于-0.78V(vs.Ag/AgCl)处记录到一对显著的、可逆氧化还原峰.
The preparatory method to obtain C 60 - liposome and electrochemical properties of C 60 - liposome in aqueous solution were repotred in this paper. The cyclic vlotammogram in 0.05mol/L (n Bu) 4NBr/PBS at room temperature showed reversible reduction wave at -0.78V(vs. Ag/AgCl), primarily suggesting that fullerences may serve as a useful electron carrieres in the redox process of life systems.
