提高成人高等教育人才培养质量的对策

Countermeasures for improving adult highen education quality

随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,教学质量成为社会普遍关注的问题,特别是成人高等教育。2000年起,学院在教学管理上借鉴普通高等教育的创新研究,有意识、有步骤地开始进行以建立"教学质量体系"为核心的院内质量保证体系的探索。经过几年的理论研究、制度准备和实际推行,深化教学管理改革,构建出合理的、适合集美大学的成人高等教育体系,提升人才培养质量的办学模式。

The teaching quality, especially the quality of the adult education, has gained social attention. Since 2000, Jimei University started to establish the quality guarantee system focusing on the teaching quality with the help of the management experience of other schools. The university deepened the teaching management reform and established reasonable and appropriate adult education system so as to improve the talent quality.
