分析了体育职业学院体育教学管理工作的现状,开展教学管理科学化的重要意义及其影响因素,提出了合理安排体育教学资源、实行目标管理等,提高体育职业学院教学管理科学化的建议,以进一步提高体育职业学院教学质量,实施体育教学管理科学化。

On the basis of analyzing the current teaching management in the P.E. vocational institutes, the paper proposes the significance and influential elements of the scientific teaching management. It proposes to allocate P. E. teaching resources and to adopt the management so as to improve the teaching effect.
