Study on Sustainable Improvement of Project Management Course's Undergraduate Education

工程管理本科教育在当前中国的工程管理高等教育中处于十分重要的地位,持续改进工程管理专业的本科教育既是强化专业特色、提高毕业生就业的要求,也是建设工程管理类人力资源、实现新世纪人才战略的保证。文章总结了工程管理专业本科教育开展十年来的现状,分析了当前工程管理专业本科教育存在的问题,提出了改进工程管理专业本科教育的建议和措施。

Undergraduate education of project management plays an important role in the higher education of project management, sustainable betterment is not only the demand of improve the quality of undergraduate educa tion of project management, but also the assurance of building strong human - resource country, realizing sustainable development. In this paper, the current situation of project management＇ s undergraduate education after 10 year＇ s foundation is concluded, the problems are analyzed, and finally, the suggestions are put forward.
