摘要
文章针对物业管理课程综合性、应用性的特点,分析了物业管理课程教学中存在的问题,探讨了物业管理课程案例教学法的具体内容和操作步骤,在此基础上,明确了物业管理课程案例教学法应遵循的原则。
Based on problems existing in property management teaching, according to the characteristics of comprehensive and applied of property management curriculum, this paper analyzes content and operation steps of case teaching method, and points out that four principles should be followed in this process.
