摘要
通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及透射电子显微镜方法,观察了Al-12.5Ti混合粉在机械合金化过程中粒度、形貌、显微结构及相的变化.机械合金化扩展了Ti在Al中的固溶度,最终形成了纳米晶过饱和固溶体.经真空退火后,Al基体上析出Al3Ti相.
Changes in size and morphorphology of particle as well as structure of Al-12.5at.%Ti powder mixture during mechanical alloying have been investigated using XRD,SEM and TEM.Solid solubility of Ti in Al is extended by MA.A narocrystalline supersaturated Al(Ti) solid solution is formed after 120h of ball milling.Al 3Ti particles are dispersed in α-Al matrix after annealing.
