摘要 本文综述了限制氯氟烃生产的科学依据:大气臭氧层遭受破坏情况,氯氟烃对臭氧层的破坏机制,南极臭氧空洞的研究进展及臭氧层模型预测等。对蒙特利尔议定书主要内容作了简解,并提出我国应相应采取的措施。 In this paper, the scientific basis for abating man-made chlorofluorocarbons were reviewed, i.e. The general situation of the damage of atmospheric ozone layer; the mechanism of destruction of the ozone layer by man-made chlorofluorocarbons; the progress in the study of antarctic ozone hole and atmospheric ozone model and so on. It also gave a summary of the Montreal Protocol and the author's proposal about the measures our country should take.
