摘要
本文介绍一种采用标准容器和受检容器两个基本容器组成的检测系统.通过测量两容器间的微压差,根据波义耳—马略特定律对汽车散热器泄漏进行自动定量检测,取得了较高的测量精度和较快的检测节拍,并在汽车散热器生产线上获得成功的应用.
The article introduces a system which consists of two basic vessels——standard and tested vessel.It has obtained higher precision and quicker measuring speed for quantitative automatically measuring in automobile radiator leakage,by means of measuring the difference of micro-preasure beteen both vessels,which is illustrated under Boyae`s Law.And it has applied successfully to measure radiator leakage in automobile radiator productive line.
