三氧化二铁纳米微晶的晶格畸变 被引量:2

摘要 对γ相和α相三氧化二铁纳米微晶的系列样品进行了X射线衍射(XRD)实验研究,从所得晶粒度和微结构参数发现:此纳米微晶的晶粒组元中存在着晶格畸变;随着温度的升高,γ相和α相纳米微的微结构与晶粒度和温度有着较密切的关联.对此畸变,我们给出了初步的物理解释. We conduct an investigation into XRD (X-Ray Diffraction)microstructures on a series of nanocrystalline γ-Fe 2O 3 and α-Fe 2O 3 samples.From the obtained sizes of crystalline grains and XRD microstructural parameters,we find some patterns as follows:there exists distortion of crystal lattice in crystalline grain component of nanocrystalline Fe 2O 3;with increase in temperature the distortion of crystal lattice has relative correlation with temperature and size of cystalline grain.We give out elemetary physical explaination to the distortion of crystal lattice.
