头面部神经纤维瘤病的治疗

Treatment of craniofacial neurofibroma

自1988年10月至1995年10月共收治21例头面部神经纤维瘤和神经纤维瘤病，其中4例颌面部大型瘤体采用颈外动脉栓塞后切除瘤体，较单纯手术组出血量显著减少、术野清晰、副损伤小；头部大型瘤体切除后缺损采用扩张器皮瓣修复，避免了头发缺失。对该病的诊断和多种治疗方法进行了讨论。

Between October 1988 and October 1995, 21 patients with craniofacial neurofibroma and neurofibromatosis were encountered. Among them, 4 large maxillofacial tumors were resected after embolization of external carotid artery. The bleeding during operation was much less than that of simple tumor resection. Folowing advantages as clear operative field and less complications were demonstrated. The lack of skull skin after large tumor resection was reconstructed by skin expander method to avoid the lack of hair. The discussion dealing with diagnosis and management of craniofacial neurofibroma were presented.
