摘要
介绍了采用剩余性能诊断法进行汽车故障诊断的一般方法与程序。首先采用二分法将存在故障的系统隔离为可能包含故障点的剩余子系统和可能不包含故障点的分离子系统;然后确定剩余性能参数的标准值,测试剩余系统的实际性能参数值;将剩余系统的实际性能参数值与标准参数值进行对比分析,判断出发生故障的部位和原因。结合实例,分别介绍了剩余性能诊断法在自动变速器换档异常故障、尾气排放异常故障和汽油喷射系统节气位置传感器故障诊断中的应用,给出了不同类型故障的诊断测试方法、测试结果分析方法和注意事项。验证了诊断结果。
The general method and the procedure of the surplus performance diagnosis method for the automobile breakdown diagnosis are introduced. First we use dichotomy to divide the system to surplus subsystem probably containing the fault point and separation subsystem probably not containing the fault point. Then we obtain the normal value and the test value of surplus performance parameter, compare them. Lastly, we can determine where is wrong and why. Its uses in the unusual breakdown of automatic transmission shift, the unusual breakdown of exhaust emissions, and the breakdown of transducer at solar term position in gasoline injection system are discussed. The test methods under different conditions and the points for attention are put forward. The diagnosis result is confirmed.
