摘要
本文介绍了1,3—二氯异戊烷对小鼠和大鼠的急性毒性及蓄积性。口服LD_(50)值昆明种小鼠雌雄分别为2434毫克/公斤和2595毫克/公斤,Wistar大鼠雌雄分别为2673毫克/公斤和2977毫克/公斤。小鼠吸入急性毒性,在过饱和蒸气浓度(29900毫克/米~3)下,染毒4小时,两周内动物未出现死亡,肺组织镜检未出现异常。对兔皮肤和眼分别有轻度刺激性和较强刺激性。在小鼠体内有轻度蓄积性,同时产生明显耐受性。对脾脏有缩小作用。镜检除肝脏外其它主要脏器未出现异常。对动物的生长、食欲及食物利用率均有明显的影响。LD_(50)值种属和性别之间无明显的差异。
The acute toxicity and cumulation of 1,3-dichloroisopentane in Kun-Ming strain mice and Wistar rats were studied. The oral LD_(50) values for female and male mice and rats were 2434mg/kg, 2595mg/kg, 2673mg/kg, 2977mg/kg, respectively. For mice, fatality did not occur during 4hr-exposure and 14-day postexposure periods at oversaturatod vapour concontration (29900mg/M^3) on inhalation. There was slight irritation on rabbit's skin but strong irritation for rabbit's eye. There was slight cumulation in mice. It does not effect on main organs (lung, kidney, brain and heart) of mice except that focal inflammation, and swelling occurred in liver and spleen and decreased in weight. There was marked effect on the grouth, appetite and food utilization ratio of the mice.
