摘要 目前,许多PLC调速器步进电机采用简单的直接启动方式,由于转子惯性的影响,可能导致步进电机失步。同样地,步进电机在运行过程中驱动脉冲突然停止,也会发生冲过终点的现象,使点-位控制发生偏差,从而使调速器不能正常运行。所以,为保证其控制精度,处理好步进电机升、降速驱动十分重要。用S7-200PLC的高速脉冲输出功能,向步进电机发出进给脉冲,用软件实现脉冲频率变化的功能,并将此功能成功地应用在水轮机调速器中,实现对步进电机的精确控制,使步进式水轮机调速器控制性能大为改善。 The drive of step motors by PLC governors is limited to the simple direct start-up now. Because of the influence of inertia of rotors,the step motor can lose steps. In the same way, it can overrun the end-point when the pulse is stopped immediately. Then the windage takes place. In order to ensure precision, it's very important to resolve rise and drop of the speed of step motors. The high speed pulse for step motors is given by the output of high speed pulse based on S7-200 PLC in this paper. Frequency can be changed by software and this function is applied successfully in the hydraulic turbine governors. Then the accurate control of the step motors can be realized , so the control of the step motor is greatly ameliorated.
