摘要
通过对CMR-05、R134a和R12这3种制冷剂在热工况性能、环境性能、安全性能与共沸性等方面优劣的比较可知,CMR-05的制冷系数比R134a和R12都高;CMR-05的全球变暖潜值为0、臭氧损耗潜值为R134a的一半;CMR-05化学性质稳定、使用安全。通过对使用CMR-05和R134a的汽车压缩机性能测试的比较可知,采用CMR-05时较之R134a输入功率减少1%、单位质量制冷量增加5.66%。因此,可将制冷剂作为R12的过渡性替代物。
By comparison of heat performance,environment performance,safety performance and azeotropy for refrigerants CMR-05,R134a and R12,it is found that the refrigerating coefficient of CMR-05 is higher than that of R134a and R12;its latent value of global warming-up is zero,its latent value of ozone loss is half of R134a;and its chemical performance is stable and safe.With compressor performances tests of CMR-05 and R134a,it shows that the input power decreases by 1%,cooling capacity per mass increases by 5.66 % when using CMR-05 instead of R134a.So CMR-05 can be a nice transitional substitute for R12.
