摘要
本文运用系统动力学方法,建立了污水再生回用与社会、经济、资源之间相互关系的系统动力学模型(SD模型)。将模型用于西宁市的污水回用规划中,通过设计模拟运行方案,对该市污水再生回用系统在三个设计方案下的发展趋势进行了预测。结果表明:随着污水回用的增大,将缓解城市的缺水状况,同时能将促进城市的经济发展,但是应该增加污水处理和回用方面的投资额。
In view of the situation and the characteristics of the Xining city, a System Dynamics method was applied to set up the SD model for the municipal wastewater reclamation and reuse system, which was a complex system relating to many factors such as society, economy, resource, and so on. Then the SD model was used for the wastewater reuse programming of Xining City. A prediction of the development trend of this system was accom- plished by the SD model simulation. It illustrated that the water shortage situation of the city could be ameliorated by using the reclaimed water. Meanwhile the development of city economy could be promoted. But it was necessity that the investment of wastewater secondary treatment and tertiary treatment should increase.
